Returns

We want you to love your SnuggleSafari Travel Pillow. If you're not satisfied, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.

How to Start a Return

Email us at {{ email }} with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide instructions for sending the item back.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the approval status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrived damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue, and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Return Shipping

Unless the item is defective or we made an error, you're responsible for return shipping costs.
